How is the price calculated?
A project costs the floor area times the rate of the tariff. Author’s supervision is paid monthly, procurement is 10% of the budget. We give the exact price in a proposal after the first meeting, the questionnaire and the brief.
How do payments work?
An advance when the contract is signed, then 2–3 payments by stages, and the final payment after the penultimate stage. Supervision is paid monthly. Bank transfer or other payment systems.

Yes. A consultation is an hour with Yana Ryabchenko on your project, in person or online. Book a convenient time and send the plan and photos in advance.
