This policy covers the data the Controller receives through yosign.am and its language versions. By sending a form on the site you confirm that you have read this policy.
2. What data we process
Your name, phone number or messenger handle, e-mail address; the details of your property and your wishes that you give in the forms; the files you attach (floor plans, photos).
Technical data: IP address, browser details, the page the form was sent from and campaign tags (utm).
3. Why we process it
To answer your request and stay in touch; to prepare a proposal, a brief and a contract; to book a consultation; to protect the site from abuse.
4. Legal grounds
Your consent to the processing of personal data, and entering into and performing a contract you are or are about to become a party to.
5. Transfer of data
Requests from the site are forwarded to the bureau’s work chat in Telegram, whose servers are outside the Russian Federation; this is a cross-border transfer of data that you consent to.
The Controller does not sell personal data and does not pass it to third parties, except where the law requires it and to the partners who take part in your project, with your consent.
6. How long we keep it
For as long as the purposes require, but no longer than three years after your last request, or until you withdraw your consent.
7. Your rights
You may ask what data of yours we process, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 10 working days.
8. Settings kept in your browser
The site keeps your chosen language and currency and the draft of your brief in your browser, so you do not have to enter them again. They are not sent to the Controller until you send a form. No web analytics services are used on the site at the moment.
9. Protection
The site works over HTTPS; only the bureau’s staff who handle the requests have access to them.
10. Changes
The Controller may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page.
