Frequently asked questions
Can we work remotely if I live in another city or country?
Yes, we run most projects remotely. Meetings are online, the measurements are taken by our partner in your city or by you following our guide, and you can follow the renovation in an app: schedule, photos, videos and reports.
How long does a project take?
Usually 2 to 5 months, depending on the area, the tariff and how quickly each stage is approved. The exact schedule is set in the contract.
How is the price calculated?
A project costs the floor area times the rate of the tariff. Author’s supervision is paid monthly, procurement is 10% of the budget. We give the exact price in a proposal after the first meeting, the questionnaire and the brief.
What if I do not like a visualisation?
Three rounds of revisions of the visualisations are included. The layout and the concept are approved with you before the visualisations, so starting over is almost never needed.
Do you build, or only design?
Together with our partners and contractors we take on the whole implementation — from construction to procurement. If you already have builders, we work with them and supervise the project.
How do payments work?
An advance when the contract is signed, then 2–3 payments by stages, and the final payment after the penultimate stage. Supervision is paid monthly. Bank transfer or other payment systems.
